Refresh Worksheet

Refresh BestLink for Excel created worksheet for updated data. This option will also convert worksheets created in the Excel 2003 version of BestLink for Excel. Contact Technical Support with any problems converting the worksheet.

1. Select the desired custom report, standard report, or statement page you wish to update.

2. Select Refresh Worksheet from the BestLink Ribbon.
   The refresh behavior is determined by the report type selected:

• Statement Pages

• Statement Pages cannot be modified for changes to the company, year, or selected state. The data refresh is performed on the originally generated report.

• Use the Statement Page Report Task Pane to quickly generate a new statement page report for a company and/or statement page.

• Standard Reports

• Standard Reports cannot be modified for changes to the company or selected currency. The data refresh is performed on the originally generated report.

• If the Standard Report contains multiple worksheets, the data is refreshed for all worksheets.

• Use the Standard Report Task Pane to quickly generate a new report for a company and/or standard report.

• Custom Reports

• Custom reports can be modified for changes to companies, fields, data periods, states, lines or currency for a report. See Modify Custom Report Components or Custom Report Task Pane for additional information.

• Any user created formulas added to the custom report will remain on the worksheet.

• Customize refresh behavior from the General and Currency tabs in User Preferences.
