Update Statement Page

Statement Page Report Task Pane is available when the active worksheet contains a BestLink for Excel statement page report created from the Statement Page Wizard of Quick Reports - Statement Pages. The task pane allows you to quickly generate a new report for a company and/or statement page. To automatically display the Statement Page Report Task Pane, choose Show statement page task pane when the active worksheet contains a statement page on the General tab in User Preferences.

Access Statement Page Report Task Pane from the Task Panes group button.

 

The Change/Add Company option allows you to update the current statement page with a new company, or you can duplicate the active statement page with a new company.

    1. Type the company identifier in the Find a Company text box. Search by company name or AMB Number.
      Companies matching the search criteria display. Position your mouse pointer over a company to view company details including the type of company, domicile, and NAIC number.

    2. Select the desired company from the search results list.

    3. Select Duplicate Report or Replace Report.

    4. Click the Go button.
      The Data Retrieval Progress window displays a progress of the report request. Upon completion, the statement page report displays for the selected company.

The Change/Add Page option allows you to update the current report with a new statement page, or you can add a new statement page for the active company. Statement page availability is determined by the database of the active worksheet.

    1. Select the desired statement page from the search results list.

    2. Select Duplicate Report or Replace Report.

    3. Click the Go button.
      The Data Retrieval Progress window displays a progress of the report request. Upon completion, the statement page report displays for the selected company.
