User Preferences - Currency

The Currency tab in User Preferences customizes currency data refresh behavior for custom reports and allows for a default currency selection for all BestLink for Excel features. Currency applies to Best's Statement File - Global subscribers only.

• Automatically refresh data for existing reports when the selected currency is changed - When changing the currency selection on the BestLink ribbon, custom report data is automatically updated to reflect the new selection.

• Always use the selected currency when refreshing data. (Note: this will automatically change the currency on existing reports) - When refreshing custom report data, the currency selection on the BestLink ribbon is used instead of the currency in the report.

• Default Currency:

• Remember the last currency used displays the last currency selected when navigating to other BestLink for Excel reporting features.

• Select a default currency displays the selected currency in all BestLink for Excel reporting features.
