Frequently Asked Questions
AM Best started publishing Best’s Recommended Insurance Attorneys in 1929, after numerous insurance officials asked our founder to suggest firms that could handle insurance and claims-related litigation and legal services. The publication was expanded to include adjusters in 1930, and expert service providers in 1972. Many of our Qualified Members have been part of this resource for over 75 years.
Today, Best’s Insurance Professional Resources includes many valuable tools for the insurance and claims industry in one convenient location, including: searchable online profiles, claims-related news, webinars, video interviews, Best’s Insurance Law Podcasts, the Insurance Law Digest and more.
Qualified Members are attorneys, adjusters and expert service providers that have been recommended by two or more clients; have at least five years' insurance and claims experience; and are verified by AM Best.
Third party administrators serving the insurance industry can display their qualifications and achievements with a full profile to better define their capabilities to potential clients.
