Save Custom Companies List allows you to save the selected companies as a custom list or a company summation. The saved listed in available for selection in any BestLink for Excel reporting feature. Create a custom company list from the Company List Editor or the List Manager.
Select the Custom List or Summation option button.
Optional: Select the Share List checkbox to share this company list with your coworkers.
Type a list name in the Enter a name for the custom list text box.
Click the Save button to apply. A confirmation message box displays. The

Select personal custom lists from the Custom Lists folder.
Select personal summations from the Summations folder.
Select shared company lists/summations from the Shared Lists folder. The shared company list is available to all subscribers with the same registration number. Shared lists may not be immediately available to new subscribers.
