My Reports provides quick access to recently generated reports and is available from any BestLink page. My Reports displays up to 100 reports generated within the past 30 days. Reports are listed by date and time of creation with the most recent request at the top. For a complete listing of all reports, access the Report Manager.
Note: The Pop-up blocker may interfere with downloading the Excel file. See System Requirements for more information.
View Completed Reports:
Click the My Reports button.
Select one of the following options from the Status column:
Completed launches the report created as a single file.
The File Download message box appears allowing for viewing and saving the report.
Zip launches the file compression utility for the Batch Report Wizard.
View loads the Batch Reports tab on the Report Manager. The individual PDF reports contained in the batch displayed under the Results table.
Reports show the results as of the report creation date. Data is not refreshed for the most current data. To refresh the data, rerun the report.
Cancel a Processing Report:
While the report is processing, click .
The My Reports window displays. Click Cancel in the Status column.
A Cancel Request Accepted dialog box appears. The report could take a few minutes to cancel.
Click Close.
The report Status updates to show Canceled.
Delete or Rename Reports:
Delete or rename reports from the Report Manager.
