Report Manager

Report Manager provides a listing of reports generated within the last 30 days. The Report Manager allows you to delete, rename, or view processed reports. Report data is as of the date that the report was created and is not dynamically updated when viewed. Generated reports are also available from My Reports.

 

Access the Report Manager from the link located under the menu bar on any page in BestLink.

 

Individual Reports tab displays all reports created as a single file.  

    • Change the Sort Order:

      • Click the column header once to sort the column in ascending order. Click the header again to sort in descending order.

    • Change the Results Per Page:

      • Select a value from the Results Per Page drop-down.

    • Delete Report:

      • Select the Delete Report checkbox, and then click the Delete button.

or

      • Select Delete All to delete the entire list of reports. All reports are deleted from both Report Manager and My Reports.

    • Rename Report:

      1. Click the Rename button to rename a report. The report name box opens to allow modifications.

      2. Type a name in the report name box.

      3. Click the Update button to continue.

    • View Report:

      • Click the status text link to view the report. Reports show the results as of the report creation date. Data is not refreshed for the most current data. To refresh the data, rerun the report.

    • Change the Format of the Report:

      1. Select a more specific format option available to view reports:
        • --Preferred-- (default)

        • Excel 97 to 2003

        • Excel Xlsx

        • CSV

        • Tab Delimited

      1. Click the status text link to view the report in the selected format. For Tab Delimited and CSV formats, a zip file is created if more than one worksheet exists.

Batch Reports tab displays all reports created in the Batch Report Wizard and the Regulatory Filings Wizard.  

    • Change the Results Per Page:

      • Select a value from the Results Per Page drop-down.

    • Delete Report:

      • Select the Delete text link.

    • Rename Report:

      1. Click the Rename button to rename a report. The report name box opens to allow modifications.

      2. Type a name in the report name box.

      3. Click the Update button to continue.

or

      • Click the sign next to the Report Name to view the individual reports contained in the batch. The PDF files are displayed under the Results table.

      • Click the status text link to view the report.
