CapVisor's Terzer: US Tax Changes Should Impact Captives' Portfolios

Carl Terzer, principal, CapVisor, said a reduction in the U.S. corporate tax rate would change the relative value of municipal bonds and could have a positive effect on equities, causing portfolio managers to adjust their holdings.
