Quick Reports - Statement Pages

Quick Reports - Statement Pages generates a specific statement page for the selected companies. Select companies for the report from custom or standard lists or perform a search directly from within the wizard.

Access Statement Pages from the Quick Reports group button.

 

    1. From the Select Company List Type section, select Custom, Shared, Criteria, or Standard. Select Custom if you wish to view -Search Results-.

    2. Standard Only: Select the appropriate product from the Select a product drop-down list.  

Available company lists for the selected Company List Type populate the Available Company Lists drop-down list.

    1. Select company list for the report.

      • From the Available Company Lists drop-down, select the company list you wish to view.
        The selected company list populates the Companies panel.

or

    1. Optional: Display a list of group members for a company within the active list.

      1. Position the mouse pointer over the desired company.

      2. Choose Show Group Members from the right-click menu. The -Search Results- list activates and displays the associated companies.  

    2. From the Companies panel, select the companies you wish to include in the report. Use the Select All, Clear, Alphabetize and Find Company options to assist in company selection. Position your mouse pointer over a company to view company details including the type of company, domicile, and NAIC number.

    1. Choose a statement from the Select a Statement drop-down. Statements are organized by Industry/Data Period.

    2. Select a data period.

    3. Select a page for the report. Available statement pages are determined by the statement and data period selected. Pages are available with the corresponding subscription.  

    4. Select a state/region, if necessary. This is required for Best's State/Line and Best's Supplemental Health Care Exhibit statement pages.

    1. Click the Create Report button.

The Data Retrieval Progress window displays a progress of the report request. Upon completion, No Data for Selected Reports window displays a listing of reports that did not return any data.

The Quick Reports window remains open so you can generate additional reports.
