Create, edit, delete, copy, rename, or combine Field lists. Choose from the following procedures:
Access the Custom List Manager - Fields Page:
From the Manage Lists menu, select List Manager.
From the List Manager submenu, select Fields. The Custom List Manager - Fields page displays. If your active field list is a temporary subset list, you are prompted to save the list.
Type a name for the custom field list in the Enter a new name for this list textbox.
Click the Save button.
or
Click the Cancel button to proceed without saving the temporary list.
Create a Custom Field List:
Click the Create button. The Create Field Lists page displays. Select and save the fields for your custom field list.
Delete a Custom Field List:
Only the creator of the shared custom list can delete the custom list. You cannot delete a shared field list if it is used within a saved template.
From the Fields Lists section, select the custom field list(s) for deletion.

Click the Delete button.
A Warning displays if the custom field lists are used in a saved template for custom reports.
Click Yes to delete the list(s) or select Cancel to take no action.
Rename a Custom Field List:
From the Fields Lists section, select the custom field list you wish to rename.
Click the Rename button.
Modify the list name in the Enter a new name for this list textbox.
Click the Save button to complete the changes.
Combine Custom Field Lists:
Merge multiple custom field lists into a new custom field list using the Combine option. Individual lists will not be deleted.
From the Field Lists section, select the custom field lists you wish to combine.

Click the Combine button.
Type a list name in the Enter a name for the combined list textbox.
Click the Save button.
Copy a Custom Field List:
Create a duplicate copy of an existing field list.
From the Field Lists section, select the custom field list you wish to copy.
Type a list name in the Enter a name for the copied list textbox.
Click the Save button to complete the save.
Edit a Custom Field List:
Modify a custom field list.
From the Field Lists section, select the custom field list you wish to edit.
Click the Edit button. The Create Field Lists page displays. Modify your field list as necessary and save the changes.
Share a Custom Field List:
Share custom field lists with your coworkers.
From the Field Lists section, select the custom field lists you wish to share.

Click the Share button.
Custom List Manager - Fields marks the shared lists with (shared) for easy identification.
Use the list in Advanced Search, Custom Reports, and the Custom Report Wizard:
Select personal custom lists from the Custom Field Lists folder.
Select shared field lists from the Shared Field List folder. The shared field list is available to all subscribers with the same registration number. Shared lists may not be immediately available to subscribers.
Revoke a Custom Field List:
Remove a shared field from the Shared Field List folder. The revoked list is still available for your personal use, but is no longer available to other users. Only the creator of the shared custom field list can revoke the shared status. You cannot revoke a shared field list if it is used within a saved template.
From the Field Lists section, select the field lists you wish to remove from the Shared Field List folder.

Click the Revoke button.
The custom company lists are available for selection in BestLink from the Custom Field List folder.
