Find a Company

Search for companies from any page in BestLink using Find a company search box. The Find a company search box is located under the menu bar in the top left corner.  

1. Use the Settings option to assist in narrowing down the results by AMB Number, NAIC Number, or FEIN Number for selection. AMB Number is the default selection. The search will only be performed on the specific Number field selected instead of searching within all the number fields. Highlighting will appear in the selected Settings column.

2. Enter the desired search criteria in the Find a company search box.

   • Use the type ahead feature to pick a specific company from the list. Results matching the entered criteria display in the drop-down list when at least three characters have been entered.

   • Search for a specific name or number by entering text or numbers and hitting the ENTER key once to load the results.

   • • Entering text displays companies containing the entered text.

     • Entering numbers results in exact numeric matches.

   • Searching by Company Name, AMB Number, NAIC Number, or FEIN Number allows for multiple company searches. Separate each number or company name with a comma without spaces. Results shown are based on AMB Company Name, AMB Company Name (Full), and AMB Trade Name.

3. From the company results drop down box, select the desired company.
   Note: Only one company can be selected from the returned search results.

4. The selected company will display from within the BestLink feature you are using or default to the Review Company page.
