AM Best's operations in the Asia-Pacific region are conducted through two wholly owned subsidiaries in Hong Kong, A.M. Best Asia-Pacific Limited (AMBAP) and Singapore, A.M. Best Asia-Pacific (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (AMBAPS).
Today, the rating coverage of AMBAP and AMBAPS includes regional and national insurers, as well as global organizations, located in the Asia-Pacific region. AMBAP and AMBAPS primarily serve as AM Best's providers of information and news products in the Asia-Pacific region.
AMBAP is located in Wan Chai, one of the major business areas in Hong Kong. AMBAPS is located in the Central Business District of Singapore.
