Corporate Changes Search

Locate corporate changes information on companies from 1819 to the present. You can locate corporate changes that impact existing companies and locate surviving insurers associated with companies no longer in business. You can easily search and sort information on a variety of criteria, such as AMB Number, FEIN, AIIN, NAIC number, company name or event type, and state of domicile. The results are displayed on screen, and can be exported to Microsoft Excel®.

Company Information:

Search for Companies and Events by Company Name, Company Number/ID, Effective Date, or by words or phrases within the text provided on each event.

- Company Name: Search by company name or by words or phrases within the text provided on each event.
- Company Number/ID:
- - Related Companies and Events
  - AMB Number, NAIC Number, FEIN / AIIN
- Company Domicile & Company Exec/Admin: Locate companies by country, state or city.
- Product Edition: Select the appropriate options to limit the results to companies within a specific industry.

Event Information:

Search filters can be used in conjunction with the Search for Companies section or independently. Perform a search using any of the following filters:

- Corporate Change Text: Search by company name or by words or phrases within the text provided on each event.
- Date Range for Events: Filter your search to only include companies who had corporate changes within a range of dates you provide.
- Event Type: Locate companies based on over a dozen types of corporate change events including mergers, liquidations, name and domiciliary changes, and more. Use the Select All and Clear All options to assist in event type selection.

Perform a Search:

1. Click the Search button to locate the companies based on the criteria entered. The search results will display several key search filters on screen.
2. Click the Export to Excel button to export the information. The output file will contain all search filter information.

View and Export Company Events:

View and export details of all events related to an individual company.

1. Click the Company Events icon to view all related companies and events within that row.
2. Optional: Click the Export to Excel button to export the information.
