Reinsurance Wizard

The Reinsurance Wizard guides you through the steps to create custom reports using multiple years and multiple parts for Best's Schedule F and Best's Schedule S databases. Access is subscription based.

Access Reinsurance Wizard from the Create Reports menu or from the Explore Schedules menu.

 

    1. Select Database - Choose the Schedule F or Schedule S category. Only one category may be selected.

    2. Select Report Type - Select the Report type. The report type you select determines the sequence of operations.

      1. By Filing Companies - Create custom reports based on companies that file Reinsurance data in their Regulatory Filing.

      2. By Reinsurer/Cedents - Create custom reports based on reinsurers filed within another company's Regulatory Filing.

  1. Retrieve and process a saved Schedule F or Schedule S template to refresh data for your custom report.

    1. Click the My Templates button.

    2. Select a previously created Schedule F or Schedule S report template in the Select a report template below to view details section.

The details for the selected template appear.

  1. Click the Reset button to clear all selections and return to Companies tab.
