Quick Reports - Standard Reports

Quick Reports - Standard Reports generates a specific A.M. Best Standard Analytical Report for the selected companies. Choose companies for the report from custom or standard lists or perform a search directly from the Quick Reports command.

Access Standard Reports from the Quick Reports group button.

 

    1. From the Select Company List Type section, select Custom, Shared, Criteria, or Standard. Select Custom if you wish to view -Search Results- or a personal company summation.

    2. Standard Only: Select the appropriate product from the Select a product drop-down list.

Available company lists for the selected Company List Type populate the Available Company Lists drop-down list.

    1. Select a company list for the report.

      • From the Available Company Lists drop-down list, select the company list/summation you wish to view.
        The companies within the selected company list/summation populate the Companies panel.

or

    1. Summations Only: Click the Select Summations checkbox to use the company summation in the report. Clear the checkbox selection to use the companies contained in the summation for the report.

    2. Optional: Display a list of group members for a company within the active list. This feature is not available for company summations.

      1. Position the mouse pointer over the desired company.

      2. Choose Show Group Members from the right-click menu. The -Search Results- list activates and displays the associated companies.  

    3. From the Companies panel, select the companies you wish to include in the report. Use the Select All, Clear, Alphabetize and Find Company options to assist in company selection. Position your mouse pointer over a company to view company details including the type of company, domicile, and NAIC number.

    1. Select a category.

    2. Select a report from the available report drop-down list. A description of the selected report appears.

    3. Select a report type, if necessary.

    4. Select Options for the report:

      1. Global only: Select the currency for the report.

      2. Optional: Click the Save as Defaults button to quickly set a default format style. Selections are saved to the Standard and Industry Reports tab in User Preferences.

    1. Click the Create Report button.

The Data Retrieval Progress window displays a progress of the report request. Upon completion, No Data for Selected Reports window displays a listing of reports that did not return any data.

The Quick Reports window remains open so you can generate additional reports.
