Use the My Alerts to create alerts based on Best's Financial Suite products data availability. View alerts on individual lists that have been established for tracking for selected alert types available for any company on the list. Manage your existing alerts lists using the Edit or View alerts options. Use the grid filters to further refine the information displayed within the grid.
Create an Alert:
Click the Create New Alert button from the top of any of the Alerts pages.
Select companies from one of the following options:
Select the desired existing list type from the List Type drop down box.
Select the desired list from the List drop down box.
The Available Companies box displays the companies that are included in the selected list.
Note: Only lists or segments that have not been assigned an alert are available for selection.
Optional: Choose to sort the list by AMB # or Name. Click A/Z button to place the list in ascending order or Click the Z/A button to place the list in descending order.
Select OK to continue to create a new alert with the selected information or Cancel to exit.
Select the desired Settings for the newly created alert.
View List - The Company List box displays a list of all the companies that comprise the selected alert.
Edit List - Edit an existing company list.
Rename ListRename List - Rename your company list.
Click the Rename button to rename the company list. The company list name box opens to allow modifications.
Note: 100 characters maximum.
Type a name in the Rename Company List box.
Click the OK button to continue.
Clear All Alert Settings - Clear all alert settings for the selected list.
Remove List from My AlertsRemove List from My Alerts - Delete the selected alert. Custom company lists created will continue to be available.
The following dialog message appears: Do you want to remove list from My Alerts?
Click the OK button to permanently delete the alert.
Grid Options:
Select the desired List Type from the filter drop-down box and click the Filter button to quickly narrow down and locate the desired information.

Enter the necessary text in the List Name Filter box and click the Filter button to assist in further refining the results.
Click any of the column headers once to sort the column in ascending order. Click the header again to sort in descending order. Click the header a third time to return to the original sorted order.
Reset Grid - Click the Reset Grid button to return to the default settings.
Add - Redirects to the Alerts Settings page for the respective column to set up the desired delivery frequencies.
Edit - Use the following features to edit the selected alert.
Modify - Use the Modify button to edit the selected alert. This feature allows you change the alert and deliverance frequency.
Turn OFF e-mails/Turn on E-mails - Turns off or turn on the e-mails for the selected alert.
Clear Alert Settings - Removes all previously set alerts.
View - View the Watch List for the selected alert.
