Company Information:
Search for mergers and acquisitions by Company Information.
Participant Type: Search for a merger or acquisition by a company's transaction participation. Search for companies that are a Target, Acquirer, or Seller. Choose All to search by all three.
Company Name: Search for transactions by company name.
Company Number: Search for transactions by AMB Number, NAIC Number, or FEIN / AIIN.
Country: Locate transactions for companies within a specific country.
Business Type: Locate mergers and acquisition for companies by Business Type. Multiple values can be selected.
Transaction Information:
Search for mergers and acquisitions by Transaction Information.
Transaction Type: Search for transactions by Acquisition, Book of Business, or Merger. Multiple values can be selected.
Status: Search for transactions that are Announced, Canceled, or Closed. Multiple values can be selected.
Closed or Announced Price Range: Locate mergers and acquisitions by price.
Date Range For Events: Filter your search to only include transactions that occurred within a range of dates you provide.
