BestLink® System Requirements:
- Microsoft® Internet Explorer version 7 or higher
- Microsoft Windows 2000, XP or Vista
- Microsoft Excel® 2003 or higher (Office 2003 or 2007) or Excel 2002 (Office XP). The Microsoft Excel Viewer may also be used to view Excel data files. Microsoft Excel Viewer is available on Microsoft's Support Web site.
- The following Security Settings for Downloads must be Enabled: "File download" and "Automatic prompting for file downloads."
- Pop-Up Blockers must be turned off or Temporarily/Always Enabled for the BestLink site
- High bandwidth for optimal performance
Operating System
A.M. Best provides full technical support for the MS Windows XP (all service packs) and MS Windows 2000 operating systems and basic configurations for Vista.* Although we cannot guarantee that A.M. Best software will run correctly on prior versions of MS Windows operating systems, we will provide limited assistance based upon Microsoft Corporation's support standards.

- A Hewlett Packard compatible desktop laser printer, capable of printing 600 dots per inch (dpi). For best results, use a LaserJet printer to produce finished copy.
Printers using Postscript fonts are not supported.
