Microsoft® Windows 2000 or higher
Microsoft Excel 2003 (Office 2003) or Microsoft Excel 2002 (Office XP). Excel 2007 (Office 2007) is not currently supported.

A minimum of 256 megabytes of RAM
Pentium IV processor at 1.0 gigahertz or higher (2.0 gigahertz or higher recommended)
Disk space 34MB

P/C with Intel Pentium III processor (or equivalent) and later with the following minimum configuration:

A minimum of 256 megabytes of RAM
A CD-ROM drive with appropriate controller and interface cable with ISO 9660-compatible device driver
A Hewlett Packard-compatible desktop laser printer, capable of printing 600 dots per inch (dpi). For best results, use a LaserJet printer to produce finished copy. Printers using Postscript fonts are not supported.

Operating System

A.M. Best provides full technical support for the MS Windows XP (all service packs) and MS Windows 2000 operating systems.* Although we cannot guarantee that A.M. Best software will run correctly on prior versions of MS Windows operating systems, we will provide limited assistance based upon Microsoft Corporation's support standards.

*The products will run on most systems, but specific or non-standard configurations of any system may prevent the successful installation or execution of these products.
