BestESP Services - US (patent pending) is a Microsoft Windows-based software package that enables you to prepare, print and file quarterly and annual statements that comply with all NAIC and New York state regulatory requirements. Create compact and reliable files, including PDF files, and submit them without having to purchase another software package. You can run data validations and review the results prior to filing so your statements are error-free from the start.

Data management features include:

• Downloadable installation - The complete set-up for BestESP Services - US is available via the internet in a downloadable version.
• Data migration enhancements - Options that incorporate prior-year Interrogatory Wizard responses, Page Selector settings, and Multi-user page and process access into your current-year configuration are available at the touch of a button.
• Check for Updates link - This feature on the Logon Manager screen allows you to preview, download and install the latest software updates without logging on separately to the BestESP Services - US Support Center.
• Schedule P Pooling Calculations - Added in response to customer feedback, this helpful feature allows you to correctly allocate loss reserve data in pooling arrangements.
• Relationship View of Pages Panel - This structure simplifies performing data entry in the correct page sequence by showing you the relationship of a page and any corresponding supporting pages and automatic pages.
• Schedule Y Printing - A new option to specify the Schedule Y, Part 1, Organizational Chart printing orientation allows the uesr to select either portrait or landscape printing for the best representation of the chart. Additionally, Schedule Y data may be incorporated into BestESP Services - US by scanning images of documents.
