How do I activate my BestAlert Service?

When you register an A.M. Best product (instructions will be included with CD-ROM products and through the online registration process), visit www.ambest.com/bestalert to create your portfolio of companies. Visit http://support.ambest.com/register to register any A.M. Best product or service.

What options are available?

You can choose:

· Which companies are to be the subject of notifications.

· When to be notified (daily or continuously throughout the day).

· What criteria on which to be notified (for instance, rating changes or changes to reports).

· What types of notices you wish to receive (ratings, news and other offerings as available).

Am I entitled to full-text access to news articles as part of BestAlert Service?

You can access full text of news articles only if you have a BestWeek subscription. The value of BestAlert Service is the notification. If you would like full-text access to news articles, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 424-2378 or (909) 439-2200, ext. 5742, to inquire about upgrading your product subscription to Full Service, which includes a BestWeek subscription.
