BestAlert Service is a company-tracking system available free of charge to registered purchasers of select A.M. Best products. It lets you monitor the latest news, ratings and reports for the companies you select, via e-mail notification.
With the BestAlert Service, you can:
- Follow Best's Credit Rating changes.
- Read news items related to companies you're tracking (a Best's Insurance News & Analysis subscription is required to access full text of news articles).
- Receive notice of changes to AMB Credit Reports.
- Add companies to your profile from selected products to which you have subscribed (see the list below for products that include BestAlert Service).
- Select the occurrences you want to stay informed about.
BestAlert Service allows you to:

Create an unlimited number of profiles and assign a specific set of companies and alerts to each one.

Use the new Company Manager to select industry segments, select custom lists from BestLink,* or create a new list of companies using the new Search tool.

Choose from three convenient alert frequency settings: immediate, daily or weekly.
*Applies to A.M. Best's Financial Suite and Best's Insurance Reports - Online subscribers only.
BestAlert Service includes:
- E-mail notification of press releases, news articles, Best's Credit Rating changes and updates to reports
Current subscribers to any of the products below can register online or log in to BestAlert Service for access to their account if they have already registered.
