• Return Manager: Set up required return criteria and display the information in a format that is easily managed and maintained. Some of the available criteria include:

  • Return migration from prior-year FSA electronic submission file

  • Financial period, business and return types, appendices and current-year Euro rate

  • Key Lists of Reporting Categories, Currencies, Asset Categories, ES Codes and Insurers

  • Form selection

  • Links for external Microsoft® Word documents

  • Asset Category to ES Code mapping for Return Completeness validation

• Data Builder: Collect external data from Microsoft Excel files for quick and easy entry into BestESP Services - UK forms. An advanced capability links a data template directly to existing spreadsheets and saves the linked data as return data automatically. Spreadsheet data can also be copied and pasted into the template or entered manually.

• Data Entry: The Return Navigator pane displays available forms using an expandable tree format. This structure allows you to traverse the return, enter data and display multiple forms concurrently to simplify tracking of interactive data.

• Validations: Check the accuracy of data prior to submitting returns by running validations. Whenever data is entered and accepted, all validations for the current form are run automatically to correct discrepancies immediately. Batch validations can also be run for the entire return to verify data and return completeness.

• Printing: Numerous printing options enable customized preparation of your returns. You can use data entry screens to print WYSIWYG forms, print Front Page and Contents pages, print blank form worksheets and create PDF and hard-copy output.

• Electronic Submission Wizard: The wizard guides you through the process of submitting your return and creates electronic files that are fully compliant with FSA requirements. Features include Signing Off the return in preparation for submission, gathering form information, preparing component electronic files, automatic PDF creation and optional hard-copy printing and e-mailing the submission to the FSA.
