What Information We Collect

How Long Do We Store The Information?

How We Transfer Information Internationally
AM Best is a global company. In order to provide you with the best service and to carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Statement, please be aware that your personal information may be processed and/or transferred between or among:

- Cloud-based storage providers,
that are located in the United States, the European Economic Area (“EEA”), and other countries.

Access To Your Information & Your Rights

You also have the right to ask us to modify or update your personal information if it is incorrect or incomplete.

If we have shared your personal information with any third parties, we will notify them about any changes, unless it is impossible to do so or requires disproportionate effort.
