AM Best's 2019 Insurance Market Briefing - Europe and Methodology Seminar

AM Best's
Insurance Market Briefing - Europe & Methodology Review Seminar (London)

AM Best held its annual Insurance Market Briefing - Europe and Methodology Review Seminar on 12 November 2019.

The Insurance Market Briefing provided a platform for leading AM Best rating analysts and industry experts to discuss the impact of the prevailing economic and political conditions, as well as rating trends, for (re)insurers in key segments of the European (re)insurance sector and London Market. There was also a number of thematic sessions based on recent AM Best research.

The event featured a guest keynote presentation by John Neal, CEO, Lloyd's.

The popular annual Methodology Review Seminar examined the latest developments in rating criteria, providing participants with insight on the treatment of key industry trends and their development or challenges, all from the perspective of our Best's Credit Rating Methodology (BCRM) and our proprietary Best's Capital Adequacy Ratio (BCAR) model.
