Each week throughout the month of October, finalists presented their company's entry via an hour-long, live Webcasts hosted by Lee McDonald, Group Vice President of Communications, and Paul C. Tinnirello, Executive Vice President of Global Information Products & Services, both of the A.M. Best Company.

During the Webcasts, finalists had 40 minutes, including time for Questions & Answers, to explain their project, its business purposes, strategy, technological innovations and results. Judges had the opportunity to question the finalists, and the online audience also had a chance to submit questions and feedback.
