A.M. Best held its annual Insurance Market Briefing - Europe and Methodology Review Seminar events on Tuesday, 6 November, at etc.venues St Paul's in London.

The 2018 Insurance Market Briefing provided a platform for leading A.M. Best rating analysts and industry experts to discuss the impact of the prevailing economic and political conditions and rating trends for (re)insurers in key segments of the European (re)insurance sector and the London Market. There were also a number of thematic sessions based on recent A.M. Best research.

The popular annual Methodology Review Seminar explored the latest updates to rating criteria and provided participants with a better understanding of the recently updated Best's Credit Rating Methodology (BCRM) and our proprietary Best's Capital Adequacy Ratio (BCAR) model.
