Bruce Arbonies
currently serves as vice president of e-commerce for Prudential Financial's
E-Business Development Group. Arbonies is responsible for coordinating
the life, property and casualty, long term care insurance and financial
planning content and functionality for prudential.com. He is also
responsible for the Prudential Online client service site. Over his
career at Prudential Financial, Arbonies has worked on various projects
that have applied technology to redesign, streamline or support business
processes. Arbonies' current focus is on helping the business units
he supports leverage the Internet to improve business performance
through marketing, lead generation and customer self-service initiatives.

started his career in 1977, and is a frequent speaker on risk management
issues. Austin provides risk management advice to organizations throughout
the United States. From 1994 to 2002, Austin served as vice president
and corporate risk manager for FleetBoston, an international Fortune
100 company, and the seventh largest U.S. bank. Since 2002, Austin
has served as principal for Austin & Stanovich Risk Managers, L.L.C.

at Digital Equipment, BISYS, CSC, Dell and Verizon Business. Ouimette
joined Verizon Business as part of the company's Enterprise Integration
Service practice, focusing on facilitating, governing and managing
sourcing and business transformation initiatives for Verizon Business
clients. He authors technology columns for Best's Review and
has been actively involved with the New England Canada Business Council,
the New England E-Commerce Association and DECAlumni.

John Pogas serves
as vice president of Internet and e-commerce for Affinity Insurance
Services — a division of Aon Corp. Pogas is responsible for
the development, management and oversight of Affinity's highly successful
e-commerce initiatives, which are responsible for more than 30 percent
of all new business at Affinity. In addition to managing the day-to-day
operations for the Affinity Web Team, Pogas also serves as the chairman
of Affinity's Internet Steering Committee. Pogas has been with Aon
for more than eight years, and has more than 16 years of experience
in the utilization and marketing of new and emerging technologies,
including positions with Day-Timer Technologies and Keyboard Publishing.
