Denise A. Holzka is a partner with Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach LLP in New York City. Her practice consists of general civil defense litigation with an emphasis in products liability, toxic torts, professional liability, insurance coverage and medical malpractice. A contributing editor to DRI's (Defense Research Institute) the Daubert Compendium (2004), she has authored several articles concerning products liability and food liability. She is a frequent speaker to institutional clients in the areas of medical malpractice, toxic exposure, food flavoring and fragrance matters and causation issues.

Thomas A. Meyers is senior vice president and chief financial officer of New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Co. After completing his bachelor's degree at Houghton College in 1976, he received his M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1978. His experience at New Jersey Manufacturers ranges from EDP auditor in November 1981 to being elected a director of New Jersey Manufacturers and its insurance subsidiaries in April 2003. He holds professional certifications of CPA, CFA and CPCU.

John Pogas is vice president for Internet and e-commerce for Affinity Insurance Services - a division of Aon Corp. He is responsible for the development, management and oversight of Affinity's e-commerce initiatives. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations for the Affinity Web Team, he also serves as the chairman of Affinity's Internet Steering Committee. With more than 16 years in the utilization and marketing of new technologies, his prior work experience includes positions with Day-Timer Technologies and Keyboard Publishing. He received his bachelor's degree from Temple University's Fox School of Business and is a member of the Direct Marketing Association.

John Ryan is senior vice president, marketing and strategy for ESIS Inc. Based in Philadelphia, he is responsible for the development of strategic marketing plans for ESIS, the risk management services company of ACE USA. He previously held the position of senior vice president, distribution for RM Access, where he was responsible for systems, marketing and business development. Prior to his tenure with RM Access, he was vice president of commercial marketing for Liberty Mutual and held marketing positions with Aetna Life and Casualty and Access Research.

Ms. Saporito heads up Information Builders insurance industry consulting practice where she helps customers leverage their data assets for profitability. She joined Information Builders in 2005 from the Teradata division of NCR Corp, where she was Insurance Industry Partner for North America. She has more than 20 years in the insurance industry. Before joining Teradata, she was vice president and practice director for the Insurance Industry Strategies service at META Group. Past industry employers include Insurance Services Office, American Re-Insurance, AIG, The Hartford and Merchants Insurance Group. She holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation and is past president of the Society of Insurance Research.

Craig Weber is a senior analyst in Celent's insurance practice. His research focuses on emerging technologies and strategies used to underwrite and service insurance products. Prior to joining Celent, he was senior management consultant with John Hancock Financial Services. He was also a relationship manager for John Hancock as it signed distribution agreements with banks and third-party marketing firms for sale of annuities and long-term care insurance. He received his master's of arts degree in communication from Emerson College and is a summa cum laude graduate of Saint Michael's College, with a bachelor of arts degree in journalism.
