AM Best in Dubai
AM Best was the first credit rating agency to assign ratings to insurance companies in the MENA region. As AM Best continued to do business in the region, it became imperative to have a physical office to serve its clients and assist in the development of the market. Thus, in 2012, AM Best established its Dubai office* within the Dubai International Financial Centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In 2024, the Dubai office turned into A.M. Best Europe ‐ Rating Services Ltd. - DIFC Branch, A CRA registered and regulated by the DFSA. The branch focuses on the MENA, South and Central Asian regions.
